Order Processing
An order is created when checkout is submitted successfully. However, this does not guarantee immediate dispatch. We actively contact customers to verify addresses, phone numbers, or product details before packing begins.
Pricing & Stock
Prices and stock fluctuate based on market availability. To protect both you and KamalTech from stale data, our system automatically validates active products, current prices, and available stock one final time during the checkout process.

Checkout always performs a final validation. Stale cart data will automatically be rejected to protect your purchase.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled under three conditions: (1) if stock suddenly becomes unavailable post-checkout, (2) if customer verification fails (e.g., unreachable phone), or (3) if you request cancellation before the dispatch sequence begins.
Support & Warranty
Support outcomes depend heavily on order records, product condition upon return, supplier warranty policies, and the clarity of information provided. Physical damage, liquid exposure, or lack of original packaging may void support eligibility.
